Women's citizenship in contexts of political and institutional reform in fragile states. The Colombian case

This study, undertaken by the Fundación Presencia and the Fundación Foro Nacional por Colombia, is one of the final outputs of the exploratory study on women’s citizenship in the context of political and institutional reform and state-building processes in Colombia.
More concretely, this document explores the challenges women face in exercising their citizenship and evaluates the impact of the political and institutional reforms carried out in the country, with the objective of contributing to the advancement of gender equality in Colombia.
The study is part of a multi-country research project led by FRIDE on state-building and women’s citizenship.
