Kosovo: the best of the bad solutions

Facing an apparently inevitable declaration of independence by Kosovo, the European Union should stay united and follow a realistic strategy, distinct from the radical positions held by the United States and Russia. The objective should be to avoid letting an independent Kosovo become a failed state.
