The Justice and Peace Law: will it bring true peace?

The Law, passed by Congress and sanctioned by Government, will not bring true peace to Colombia.
It will allow self-defence leaders to receive judicial benefits and to hand over some of the armed structures they have, but it ignores a fundamental principle: the truth. Without truth, there is neither justice nor reparation.
There is no clarification of acts, vital for the application of law to have all the guarantees.
