Guide of electronic resources of debates and proposals on the United Nations Security Council reform

09/09/2005 By Eva María Rubio Fernández

This guide focuses on the work carried out so far by the Working Group, in which obtaining results has been hindered, to a great extent, by its members' attitudes.

The evolution undergone by its work in the future, and even its own existence, will probably be affected by the recent presentation of the final report by the High Level Panel on the threats, challenges and change, established by the Secretary-General and which, undoubtedly, as far as this process is concerned, is presented as the main Secretariat's contribution to the progress of this work.
