Europe, the United States of America and the new president
On Monday, November 17th, Joschka Fischer, former German foreign minister and Vice Chancellor in the government of Gerhard Schröder from 1998 to 2005 and co-president of the European Council on Foreign Relations was in Madrid as guest lecturer for the Annual Conference Francisco Fernández Ordóñez (CAFFO. The title of his conference was “Europe, the United States of America and the new president”.
