Rafael Pardo
Senator in Colombia and former Defence Minister
Economist from the Universidad de los Andes, and one of the first students of the Specialization on Urban and Regional Planning at the Institute of Social Studies of the Hague.
He has been Minister of Defence; National Security Counsellor; Presidential Counsellor for Peace; and Director of the National Rehabilitation Plan.
He has also been Adviser to the OAS Secretary-General; Director of News CM&; and Director of evening news at Canal RCN.
