Laura Herrán Rosemberg
Researcher
Graduate in Political and Social Sciences from the Institut d´Etudes Politiques de Paris (1998), she obtained her Masters in Latin American Studies from the Université de Paris-Sorbonne Nouvelle (2000) and her Masters in International Affairs from the School of International and Public Affairs from Columbia University (2004).
She worked for the Liaison Offices of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and the Council of the European Union to the United Nations in New York. She has also worked as a consultant for the World Bank.
