Works for UN High Commissioner for Refugees in Geneva
Erica Harper (BCom, LLB Hons) is a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Law at the University of Melbourne, Australia (expected 2005).
She has had field experience in East Timor with the United Nations (2001–2002), and directed a research programme (2002–2004) which investigated the effects of UN judicial reconstruction and administration on rural populations in East Timor.
Erica Harper now works at the UN High Commissioner for Refugees in Geneva.
