Marketa von Hagen
International Consultant
Markéta von Hagen is an international consultant in good governance, governance of aid, gender and youth development.
Prior to her freelance career she worked for six years for the German Technical Cooperation Agency GTZ in Latin America, South-East-Asia and Africa in programmes on decentralisation, gender and youth development and is experienced in change processes and institution building. During her last assignment for GTZ she was an advisor to the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development in Lilongwe, Malawi.
Markéta von Hagen holds an MA in Political Sciences, Business Administration and Anthropology from the Eberhard-Karls-University Tübingen, Germany.
