Débora García-Orrico is an independent political consultant.

Débora García-Orrico is an independent political consultant. She has spent most of her career at international organisations, mainly at the United Nations Secretariat (at headquarters and in the field) and the European Union (EU), but also at the organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). It is of particular relevance for this study her experience within the Interim Administration in Kosovo where she served, from 1999 until 2006, as political affairs officer in three of its four pillars.
