Carlos Fernández García holds a degree in Economics and a PhD in the field of democratic governance. He is an associate researcher for Trípode Proyectos. For over ten years he has worked on post-war reconstruction contexts and development with PNUD, AECID and Acción contra el Hambre, where he was Director of Operations.
