Graciela Rico Pérez has a degree in Sociology and a Masters in International Cooperation. She is an expert in International Cooperation for Development and has spent 14 years working for different NGOs in the sector. She is currently a Consultant-Researcher for FRIDE, Action Against Hunger and the IUOG (Instituto universitario Ortega y Gasset).
She coordinates and teachers the Project Management module for the Masters in International Cooperation at the Instituto Universitario Ortega y Gasset. She also lectures on International Cooperation as part of the Contemporary Latin American Programme at the same institution.
