Shaun Breslin is Professor of Politics and International Studies at the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. He is the author of China and the Global Political Economy (2007), Mao (2000, primera edición 1998.), and China in the 1980s: Centre-Province Relations in a Reforming Socialist State (1996). Breslin is also the co-author of other four academic books and numerous publication in his field.
Also Breslin is an Associate Fellow of the Asia Research Centre based at Murdoch University and an Honorary Professorial Fellow at the Centre for European Studies, Renmin University. Professor Breslin is the Co-Editor of the Pacific Review. He also sits on the Editorial Committee of the Review of International Studies, the China and World Economy and Fudan Review of International Relations.
