Lucy Hayes

Policy officer at the European Network on Debt and Development (EURODAD)

Lucy Hayes is policy officer at the European Network on Debt and Development (EURODAD) in Brussels. EURODAD is a network of fifty-four non-governmental organisations (NGOs) from seventeen European countries that work on issues related to debt, development finance and poverty reduction. Ms. Hayes has been participating in a number of initiatives that promote greater accountability on the part of donors, the interrogation of relevant macro-economic conditionalities and greater aid effectiveness from a civil society perspective.
