Hamidou Magassa

Hamidou Magassa is senior socio-economic consultant on rural development at SERNES.
Previously, he was a research professor in Mali and France. An essayist and poet, he is the author of various publications on development. He holds a PhD in Anthropological Linguistics (Comparative African Literature) from the University of Sorbonne Nouvelle (Paris III), and enjoyed a lengthy academic stay at the University of Indiana (Bloomington/USA), as a post-doctoral researcher in institutional analysis.
