Zaloa Rasines

Humanitarian Action and Development

Political Scientist by the University of Basque Country with specialisation in Humanitarian Action and Development -University of Bordeaux III-, she has also a MA in European Policies of Development and Migration - HEGOA institute of University of Basque Country-.

Zaloa worked in many NGO in project implementation and follow-up and she has been responsible for national and international donor dialogue and negotiations. She also worked in Mali as program coordinator and responsible for a migration study in Kayes region.

Her work in FRIDE focuses on effectiveness and coherence of the Aid and on external dialogue and incidence on social and political actors.
