Iliana Olivié

Main researcher on the International Cooperation and Development area at the Real Instituto Elcano de Estudios Internacionales y Estratégicos, in Madrid, since 2003.
She holds a PhD in Economics by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Award to Research 2002 by the Real Academia de Doctores), and was technical assistant at the Planification and Evaluation Office of the Secretary of State for International Cooperation and Latin America (Spanish Foreign Office) between 2002 and 2004.
Iliana Olivié is author of several articles and books on international economic relations and its impact on the development of partner countries.
She coordinates a research project on the coherence of development policies.
