José Manuel Albares
Diplomat
José Manuel Albares is Diplomatic, expert in cooperation an International Relations.
At the moment he is Vice-president of the Aid Committee to the Development of the OECD and carries out its work in the Permanent Delegation of Spain. Previously, he has been Consul of Spain in Colombia and has worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.
He has published numerous articles on international relations and cooperation to the development. He has been invited professor in several Spanish universities and in the Institute of Political Studies of Paris.
