Le Thanh Forsberg

Le Thanh Forsberg holds a PhD from Lund University in Sweden. She is now an Oxford-Princeton Global Leaders Fellow at the University of Oxford. Her current research focuses on health-care institutions with particular reference to rapid marketisation and its impacts on institutions governing access to health-care services and inequality in Vietnam.
In addition to her current research programme, Le Thanh has worked on the politics of aid and the effects of aid on public policy and development planning in developing countries. She has also worked as a policy advisor and consultant to governments and international organisations, including the Swedish and Vietnamese governments, UNDP, OECD and FRIDE.
Le has engaged in projects providing training for Vietnamese government and parliamentary officials on democratic governance, anti-corruption and public administration reform.
