Gabriel Reyes holds degrees from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Madrid), Cardiff Law School and King’s College London (Department of War Studies, and Law School).
Prior to joining CITpax as desk officer (conflict prevention and resolution programme) he worked as a researcher at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law, the International Institute for Strategic Studies (London), the Political Committee of NATO Parliamentary Assembly (Brussels) as well as the Club of Madrid as part of the team organising the International Summit on Terrorism and Democracy that was held in the Spanish capital in March 2004.
