Born in Madrid in 16 August 1944.
Mrs. Becerril is Deputy member of the Permanent Deputation; Deputy member of the Spanish delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly to the Council of Europe; Deputy member of the Spanish Delegation at the Assembly of the Western European Union; and Deputy member of the Senate Delegation in the Friendship group with the French Senate.
She is member of the Advisory Committee of FRIDE.
