Jean-Marc Châtaigner
Co-chair, OECD's Fragile States Group
Jean-Marc Châtaigner is co-chair of the OECD’s Fragile States Group. He is also the director of the department for strategic relations at the French Development Agency (ADF).
Prior to joining the agency, he was employed as Deputy Director for Development and Technical Cooperation by the French Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
Between 1995 and 2001 he worked with the French Permanent Mission to the United Nations, where he collaborated extensively with UNICEF and the UNDP. He graduated with a degree from the Bordeaux Institute of Political Studies in 1985.
