Jokin Alberdi Bidaguren

Jokin Alberdi Bidaguren holds a PhD in Political Science from the Universidad del País Vasco / Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea (UPV/EHU), and is a professor of Constitutional Law at that institution.
He is also a researcher at the HEGOA (Research Institute for Development and International Cooperation), as well as at the Gernika Gogoratuz (Centre of Research for Peace and Conflict Transformation) and at the GEA/UAM (African Studies Group of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid).
He participated in a number research projects and consultancies, and teaches in several postgrade courses on social, political and legal issues of international development aid and of the Sub-Saharan Africa.
Since the year 2000 he wrote more than a dozen publications about development, international cooperation and conflict transformation.
