 CSIC (Spain) Researcher.

Graduate in Journalism, he completed his doctorate in Physics at the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid.  His current academic interests relate to the comparative study of changes in political behaviour as a consequence of changes in the economic model, such as those produced by structural reforms in Latin America or the transition to the new economy in the United States and the European Union.
