Laura Tedesco
Visiting Professor, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain)

PhD from Warwick University. She has worked as researcher and consultant on Latin American politics in Argentina and Great Britain. She is now Visiting Professor at the Department of Political Science Department of the University Autónoma of Madrid.
She is author of various books and articles on democratisation, state reform and political economy in Latin America. Recently she has published, together with Jonathan Barton (Catholic University of Chile), The State of Democracy in Latin America. Post-transitional conflicts in Argentina and Chile (London: Routledge).
