On February 16th, FRIDE held, in partnership with the Spanish Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Ministry, and in collaboration with the University Rey Juan Carlos, a round table with the participation of Gustavo de Aristegui (Spokesman of the Popular Parliamentary Group, Spanish Parliament), Rafael Estrella Pedrola, (Spokesman of the Socialist Parliamentary Group, Spanish Parliament), and Araceli Mangas Martín (Professor of International Public Law and Professor "Jean Monnet", University of Salamanca).
