Canadian-Spanish Dialogue on Cuba

Description

This meeting was carried out by FRIDE, FOCAL and Casa de América to analyse triangular relations between Cuba, Canada and Spain, and evaluate future perspectives for cooperation.

The idea was  to offer academic analysts and government civil servants the opportunity to exchange positions on how to work with Cuba and promote its social, political and economic progress. The ultimate aim of the event was to strengthen transatlantic views and approaches towards Cuba.

This activity was organised with the collaboration of the Canadian Embassy in Madrid and sponsored by the Canadian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
