The presentation of the report of three case studies on early warning in the social and political conflict in Bolivia, Colombia and Venezuela, prepared by FRIDE,was held in Bogotá on 25 April.

This project is sponsored by the European Commission and conducted by a consortium of ten institutions led by International Alert in London. In this framework, FRIDE and three local Consultants (Loreta Telleria, Bolivia; Socorro Ramírez, Colombia and Francine Jacome, Venezuela) wrote up a report on the findings and three papers which were discussed at the meeting.
