Pedro Solbes, President of the Executive Committee of FRIDE, and the Foreign Affairs Ministers of Spain, Poland and the Czech Republic, Miguel Ángel Moratinos, Radoslaw Sikorski and Jan Kohout respectively, inaugurated the joint high-level seminar, held on January 27 and 28, with the aim of strengthening the Eastern Partnership.
Participants included experts, academics and government members from these countries, as well as renowned representatives from international and multilateral organisms such as the European Commission, the World Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the European Investment Bank, amongst others.
