This high profile seminar organized by FRIDE in collaboration with the Chilean Ministries of Exterior Relations and Defence will address issues like the changes and tendencies in peace operations, as well as analyse the case of Haiti in the context of the limits of peace-building and future mandates, and a comparative analysis between Latin America and Africa in regional security.
