The former Norwegian Minister of Defence and Foreign Affairs, Thorvald Stoltenberg, analysed the security situation in the Scandinavian countries and the need for them to face together the challenges of the 21st century. The discussion at FRIDE was based on Stoltenberg's report written for the governments of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden on foreign policy cooperation. Read more (In spanish)
